HOA DUes

As of 1/1/2025, the Sunset Oaks HOA requires all homeowners to submit their HOA dues on a quarterly basis. Payment is expected to be received by the due dates below:

January 1 - $115.00 due
April 1 - $115.00 due
July 1 - $115.00 due
October 1 - $115.00 due

To submit payment, a check will need to be made payable and mailed to:
